Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the prize draw that runs alongside The Last 50 MB game.

1.Promoter and acceptance

  1. 1.1This prize draw is run by KnowRoaming ("KnowRoaming", "we", "us").
  2. 1.2By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms and to the KnowRoaming Privacy Policy.
  3. 1.3Entry is free. You do not need to buy anything, or be a KnowRoaming customer, to enter or win. Standard data or internet charges may apply to play the game.

2.Competition period

  1. 2.1The prize draw opens at 00:00 SAST on 2 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 SAST on 30 November 2026 (the "competition period").
  2. 2.2Entries received outside the competition period will not be counted.
  3. 2.3You can keep playing the game after the draw closes, but no further entries will be accepted.

3.Who can enter

  1. 3.1The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
  2. 3.2You may enter from any country, except where this prize draw is prohibited or restricted by local law. It is your responsibility to check that you are allowed to enter.
  3. 3.3The following people may not enter: directors, members, partners, employees and consultants of KnowRoaming and its related companies; employees of our advertising, promotional and PR agencies, and of any supplier of the prize; and the spouses, life partners, business partners and immediate family members of any of these people.
  4. 3.4We may ask for proof of age, identity and eligibility. If you cannot provide it, or you are found to be ineligible, your entry will be disqualified.

4.How to enter

  1. 4.1Play all eight rounds of The Last 50 MB at KnowRoaming.com/guides/last50mb.
  2. 4.2On the prize draw screen, enter your name and email address and accept these terms. This gives you one entry.
  3. 4.3You can earn one bonus entry by answering the short optional questions at the end of the game. Skipping them does not affect your first entry.
  4. 4.4Your score does not affect your chances of winning. Every valid entry has an equal chance.
  5. 4.5Entries made with automated tools, scripts, bots or false details are invalid.
  6. 4.6We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received because of technical problems.

5.The prize

  1. 5.1There is one prize: two 180-day unlimited global data plans from KnowRoaming, giving up to 12 months of data. The approximate retail value is USD3950.
  2. 5.2The plans are delivered as KnowRoaming eSIM data, usable in the countries covered by KnowRoaming's global plan at the time of activation.
  3. 5.3Each plan runs for 180 days from activation. The second plan can be activated after the first one ends.
  4. 5.4"Unlimited" plans are subject to KnowRoaming's fair use policy, which may include reduced speeds after a daily usage threshold.
  5. 5.5To use the prize, the winner needs an eSIM-compatible, network-unlocked device. KnowRoaming does not supply a device.
  6. 5.6The prize is personal to the winner. It cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash or any other product.

6.Winner selection and claiming the prize

  1. 6.1The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries within 5 working days of the draw closing.
  2. 6.2We will contact the winner by email within 5 working days of the draw. The winner must reply within 7 days to confirm eligibility and accept the prize.
  3. 6.3If the winner does not reply in time, is ineligible, or does not accept these terms, we will draw a new winner from the remaining valid entries.
  4. 6.4The decision of KnowRoaming on all matters relating to the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. 6.5With the winner's consent, we may publish their first name, initial of their surname and country, and use them in reasonable publicity about the draw.

7.Personal information and marketing

  1. 7.1We collect your name and email address only to run the prize draw and to contact the winner.
  2. 7.2We will only send you promotional offers from KnowRoaming if you tick the separate marketing box. Ticking it is optional and does not affect your entry. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  3. 7.3We will keep entrant details for 3 years after the draw closes, as required for promotional competition records, and then delete them.
  4. 7.4We process personal information in line with the KnowRoaming Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including POPIA and, for players in the EU or UK, the GDPR.

8.General

  1. 8.1We may disqualify any entry, or withdraw a prize, if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, tampering, abuse or a breach of these terms.
  2. 8.2We may change, suspend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary. Any change will be published on this page, and we will not change the terms in a way that unfairly prejudices entrants.
  3. 8.3To the extent permitted by law, KnowRoaming is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from entering the draw or using the prize, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
