Reset a forgotten password
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, enter the email on your account, and follow the link we send to set a new password. If you created your account with Google or Apple, there's no password to reset; sign in with that button instead.
Steps
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email address on your account and tap Continue.
- Open the email from KnowRoaming and tap the reset link. Each link works once, and for a limited time.
- Set a new password and confirm it.
- Sign in with the new password.
Good to know
- No email within a few minutes? Check spam or junk, and check that you used the email the account was created with. Then request a new link.
- If the link says it's expired or already used, request a new one from the sign-in screen; see Reset link expired or verification email missing.
- Accounts created with Google or Apple have no KnowRoaming password. See Sign in with Google or Apple.
- On the website, you can buy a plan by signing in with Google or Apple and set a password afterward from Account settings.
Still not working?
If no email arrives on a second try, and it isn't in spam, message us from the sign-in screen's help link or on WhatsApp at +1-888-357-7347 with the email address you're trying. Your plans and orders are safe; only the sign-in is stuck.
