Auto top-up: how it works and how to turn it off

Auto top-up is off unless you turn it on. Plans are prepaid, and nothing renews or charges again on its own. With auto top-up on, we add data when your plan runs low, charge your saved payment method, and tell you each time.

More detail

You choose auto top-up at checkout, on its own sheet with an explanation beside it. You can switch it on or off later in the app, under Settings > Auto top-up. Turning it off doesn't touch the plan you're using now. It only stops future automatic top-ups.

Every automatic top-up shows in Order history with its own order number. The app also sends a notification naming the charge, so nothing is a surprise. Seen a charge you didn't expect? Check Order history first, then turn auto top-up off. If you don't want the data you were charged for, read Refund policy in plain language, then message us with the order number.

To add data yourself, once, see Top up your plan: add data or days without a new eSIM.
