Find your order number, ICCID, and invoice
All three are on your order page: the page you land on after buying, which you can reach again from Order history. The order number is also in your confirmation email, and the ICCID is on the plan in the app under your device. These are the details we ask for when you message us.
Steps
- Open the KnowRoaming app, or sign in on knowroaming.com.
- Go to Order history and select the order.
- Read the order number under the headline.
- Read the ICCID next to it. Tap the copy button to copy it.
- Tap View invoice to open or save the invoice.
Good to know
- The ICCID is the 19-digit number that identifies the eSIM your plan is on. It's the fastest way for us to find your line, and it's also on the plan in the app: My plans > your device > the plan.
- The order number identifies the purchase. Automatic top-ups each have their own order number.
- The confirmation email carries the order number and, for website orders, the QR code.
