Manage saved payment methods
Add, remove, or set a default card under Account settings > Payment methods. Cards are stored by Stripe, our payment processor, and never by KnowRoaming. Keep this current if auto top-up is on: an expired card is the most common reason an automatic top-up fails.
Steps
- Open the KnowRoaming app, or sign in on knowroaming.com, and go to Account settings.
- Tap Payment methods.
- To add a card, tap Add payment method and enter the details.
- To remove one, select it, then Remove.
- To set a default, select it, then Set as default.
Good to know
- You choose whether to save a card at checkout, with Store payment details; see Which payment methods can I use?.
- Removing a card doesn't cancel auto top-up. Turn that off separately; see Auto top-up: how it works and how to turn it off.
