Known issues after the platform migration
This page lists the issues we know about on the new app and website, what to do about each while we fix it, and when each was last updated. If your problem is here, you don't need to message us; we're on it. If it isn't, it's probably a setting or a one-off, and the linked articles are the fastest route.
A running list, updated at least weekly for the first eight weeks after the new platform launched and retired after that. Each entry says what's affected, what you'll see, the workaround if there is one, and the status. The date at the top is the last time anyone checked it.
