What it means for you

Your plan starts when you connect in a supported country, not when you buy. Your validity days count from that first connection. Unused data expires at the end of your validity period. Network migration notice: what changes for your plan

If you received a notice that your plan is moving to a new partner network, nothing is needed from you before the date it names. On that date, your phone may show a new network name in the status bar and take a minute to reconnect; if it doesn't reconnect on its own, Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds and off again is the fix. Your plan, its days, and its data don't change.

From time to time we move the plans in a country from one partner network to another, to improve coverage or replace an agreement that's ending. We tell you by email and in the app before it happens, with the date. This page is the plain-language version of that notice.
