If you don't travel for a long time, what happens to your account
Your account, your devices, and your saved details stay as you left them, however long it is between trips. The one thing with a clock on it is Kreds. They expire 12 months after they're issued. The KnowRoaming eSIM stays on your phone too, ready for a plan whenever you next travel.

There's nothing to keep alive: no plan running, no charge, and no data used between trips. Sign in whenever you next need a plan and everything is where it was. Changed phone in the meantime? Kreds are the exception. They expire 12 months from the date they're issued and can't be reinstated. If you have a balance and a trip coming up, use them; see How Kreds and referral credit apply to a purchase. A saved card that expires in the meantime is worth updating before you buy; see Manage saved payment methods.
