Reset link expired or verification email missing

A reset or verification link works once and for a limited time, so a link that's expired, already used, or never arrived has one fix: request a new one from the sign-in screen, and open the newest email only. Your plans and orders are unaffected; only the sign-in is stuck.

Check first

Go back to the sign-in screen and request the link again. Then open only the newest email from KnowRoaming; older links are dead once a new one is sent. Give it a few minutes, and check spam or junk.

Causes, in order

Each link works once. If you tapped it earlier, even by accident, or your email app opened it in a preview, request a new one.

Links last a limited time. Request a new one and use it straight away, on the same device if you can.

The email went somewhere else

Reset and verification emails go to the address on your account, which may not be the one you're checking. Try the other addresses you use, and check spam and promotions folders. Search for "KnowRoaming."

You signed up with Google or Apple

Those accounts have no KnowRoaming password and get no reset email. Sign in with Continue with Google or Continue with Apple instead; see Sign in with Google or Apple.

You requested it too many times

Repeated requests in a short time can be held back for a while. Wait a few minutes, then request once.

Still not working?

Message us on WhatsApp at +1-888-357-7347 with the email address you're trying to sign in with and roughly when you requested the link. We'll check the address on the account and send the link from our side.
