Apply a promo code or discount
Enter the code at checkout before you pay, and the total updates straight away. If the total doesn't change, the code hasn't applied; fix it before you complete the purchase, because a code can't be applied to an order after it's paid.
Steps
- Choose your plan and go to checkout.
- Tap Have a promo code?
- Type the code exactly as it was given to you. Capitals, numbers, and spaces all matter.
- Tap Apply code.
- Check the order summary. The discount shows as its own line and the total drops before you pay.
Good to know
- Promo codes and Kreds don't stack on the same purchase unless the offer says so. Use whichever saves you more; see How Kreds and referral credit apply to a purchase.
- A voucher from a partner brand isn't a promo code. It's claimed on the partner's page, not at checkout; see Claim a partner benefit: Visa, mokafaa, Hollard, and vouchers.
- Most codes work once per account and have an end date; the offer says which plans they cover.
