Lost the QR code? Where to find it, or skip it
A missing email doesn't mean a missing plan. With the app, you don't need the QR code at all. My plans > your device > Add a plan adds the plan with nothing to scan. If you'd rather scan, the code and the typed details are on your order page and on the plan in the app.

Sign in to the app with the email you bought under. The plan is there, whether you bought in the app or on the website. Add it from My plans and the code is never needed.
To find the code itself, open Order history on knowroaming.com or in the app and select the order. The order page shows the QR code. Under "Enter the details by hand" it also shows the SM-DP+ address and activation code. The confirmation email came from KnowRoaming to the address on your account. Search for "KnowRoaming" and check spam and promotions folders.
