- Maxime: “As a first experience with eSIM and after having some doubts about adding the eSIM card in my phone, I asked for a bit of help through WhatsApp support. They were very responsive and replied very quickly. Everything went smoothly afterward. The eSIM card activated perfectly. I just needed to wait a bit and reboot the phone. Then, in terms of connection and speed on site, it was satisfactory.”
- Omar: “Used it in 4 countries last 2 months. Worked perfectly in London, Doha and Dubai, but it didn’t work in India Calicut area. The support team did the troubleshooting, and since Calicut was remote they couldn’t provide 5G. They offered a full refund. Will use it in future also.”
- Jesse: “Very convenient and easy to use, provides security of mind knowing you will have connection upon arrival. In one case I had issues connecting and the support team responded immediately and assisted me and got it sorted quickly and easily. In both other cases I have had no problems and it has been super easy to connect and use. Strongly recommend this provider.”
