Delete your account and your data
Delete your account from Account settings. It takes two confirmations, and it's final. Use up or refund any plan first, because deleting doesn't refund anything by itself, and any Kreds left are lost with the account. What we keep afterward, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy.
Steps
- Check My plans. A plan you haven't added can be refunded before you delete; see Refund policy in plain language.
- Open Account settings and tap Delete account, near the bottom.
- Read what will be removed, then confirm.
- Confirm again. This step is final, and the account can't be restored.
Good to know
- Deleting the account doesn't remove the KnowRoaming eSIM from your phone. To remove it too, see Should I remove my KnowRoaming eSIM after a trip?.
- Orders and invoices are kept where the law requires it, for as long as it requires. The privacy policy says what and how long. See What data KnowRoaming stores about you, and how to get a copy.
