Get a receipt or invoice for your order
Every order has an invoice you can open and save from Order history, in the app or on knowroaming.com. It shows the plan, the price, the date, the order number, and the payment method, which is what most expense systems ask for.
Steps
- Open the KnowRoaming app, or sign in on knowroaming.com.
- Go to Order history.
- Select the order.
- Tap View invoice, then save or share it as a PDF.
The same View invoice button is on the order page you land on after buying, next to the order number.
Good to know
- The invoice is issued by KnowRoaming and covers the plan you bought. Automatic top-ups each have their own order and invoice.
- Need a tax invoice with your company's name, address, or VAT or GST number on it? Message us with the order number and the details to add.

Still not working?
If an order is missing from Order history, check the email address you're signed in with; it's the one the order was placed under. Still not working?
