How Kreds and referral credit apply to a purchase
Kreds are KnowRoaming's rewards credit, shown in dollars. You earn them on every plan and top-up, at the rate shown on the destination page, and when a friend you referred makes their first purchase. Spending them isn't automatic: at checkout, tap Use Kreds and choose how much to apply.

At checkout, before you pay, tap Use Kreds and use the slider or type the amount. The total drops by that much and the rest stays in your wallet for next time. Skip that step and the purchase completes at full price, with your Kreds untouched. Kreds and promo codes don't stack unless the offer says so.
Referrals: share your referral code from the Kreds section. When a friend signs up and makes a qualifying first purchase, you both get Kreds: theirs on sign-up, yours once their purchase completes. Refer as many friends as you like; the current amounts are on the Refer a friend page.
Kreds expire 12 months from the date they're issued and can't be reinstated. Your balance, history, and referral code are under Kreds in the app menu and on knowroaming.com.
In Saudi Arabia, you can link a mokafaa account instead. Linking switches your rewards from Kreds to mokafaa points; see Claim a partner benefit: Visa, mokafaa, Hollard, and vouchers.
