What data KnowRoaming stores about you, and how to get a copy
We store what it takes to sell you a plan, put it on your phone, bill you, and help you when something goes wrong. That means your account details, your orders and invoices, the devices and eSIMs on your account, the usage your plan is billed on, and your messages to support. The privacy policy is the complete, binding list. This page is the plain-language shape of it, and it tells you how to get a copy of your data or delete it.
Account details are the email, name, and phone number you gave us, plus your sign-in method. Orders are what you bought, when, for how much, and the last digits of the payment method. The card itself is held by Stripe, not by us. Devices are the phones and tablets on your account, with the eSIM identifier for each (the ICCID). Usage is the data your plan used and where. That's how a plan is billed, and how we help when it isn't working. Support messages are kept with the account so we don't ask you to repeat yourself.
To get a copy of your data, message us on WhatsApp at +1-888-357-7347 and ask for a data export. Use the email address on your account. We'll confirm it's you and send it. If a self-serve option exists in your region, it's under Account settings > Privacy.
To delete your data, delete the account; see Delete your account and your data. Orders and invoices are kept afterward only where the law requires it, for as long as it requires.
- Marketing messages are separate from the data we need to run your plan. They're off unless you turn them on; see Which notifications we'll send, and when.
- We never ask for your full card number or your password by message, notification, or email.
- Anything here that differs from the privacy policy is a mistake on this page, and the policy wins.
