KnowRoaming Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Unused Data Plans
You can request a full refund if:
- The eSIM has not been installed, or
- The eSIM is installed but the data plan has not been activated.
2. Refunds for Activated Data Plans
If your data plan is activated, a full refund is not guaranteed. However, we may consider a full or partial refund if:
- You have used less than 2% of the data, or
- You experienced service issues directly related to KnowRoaming.
Refunds in these cases are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
3. When Refunds Will Be Refused
We may deny a refund if:
- There is evidence of abuse, such as repeated refund requests.
- Our Terms of Service have been violated.
4. Refund Request Period
You must request a refund within 90 days of purchasing your data plan. No refunds are issued once the plan's validity period has expired.
5. Refund Process
- We’ll review your request within 4 working days.
- If approved, the refund will be issued by us within 15 calendar days. It may take your bank longer to clear the funds.
6. Special Offers & Campaigns
Different rules may apply during promotions or referral programs. In case of a conflict between those terms and this policy, this Refund Policy will take priority.
