Change the email or phone number on your account

Steps

1. 1Open the KnowRoaming app, or sign in on knowroaming.com.
2. 2Go to Account settings, then Contact details.
3. 3Change the email address or the phone number.
4. 4Confirm the change from the email or code sent to the new address or number.
5. 5Sign in with the new email address next time; it's also your sign-in.

Good to know

• Your order history, plans, and Kreds stay with the account; only the contact details change.
• If you sign in with Google or Apple, your email is the one on that account. Change it there, or add a KnowRoaming password first; see Sign in with Google or Apple.
• The phone number here is for account contact only. Your plan is data only, with no phone number, calls, or SMS. Calls and texts keep using your home number.

If the confirmation email or code doesn't arrive, see Reset link expired or verification email missing. If you've lost access to the old email address and can't sign in, message us on WhatsApp at +1-888-357-7347 with the old and new addresses and an order number.
