Sign in with Google or Apple

If you created your account with Google or Apple, that's still the way in: tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple on the sign-in screen and you're signed in, with no KnowRoaming password to remember. On the website you can buy a plan the same way, and set a password afterward if you want one.

Steps

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, whichever you used to sign up.
  2. Confirm with your Google or Apple account if it asks.
  3. You're signed in. Your plans are under My plans.

Good to know

  • Not sure which you used? Try one. If it doesn't recognize you, try the other. If you signed up with an email address instead, enter it and tap Continue to sign in with your password.
  • On the website, sign-in happens before checkout, and Google or Apple is the one-tap route. You can set a KnowRoaming password afterward from Account settings if you'd rather sign in with email next time.
  • Keep the same method on every device. Signing up again with a different method creates a second, empty account.
  • Your plan is data only, with no phone number, calls, or SMS. Calls and texts keep using your home number.

Still not working?

If Google or Apple signs you in but your plans aren't there, you're in a second account. Sign out, then sign in with the method you bought with. Still missing? Message us on WhatsApp at +1-888-357-7347 with the email address on your order.
