The KnowRoaming eSim was a very convenient option for travelling within China. When I needed info on the setting up of the eSim on my phone, the customer service WhatsApp channel was extremely helpful and fast in their responses to help me set up my phone. Once I landed in China, I was already up and running and encountered no issues accessing the network. I was able to use all my apps including Google without the use of a VPN. We encountered one small issue during the stay where the network dropped, but customer service responded quickly and assisted to resolve the issue. Overall it was a really great experience. I would highly recommend KnowRoaming!

Très bonne expérience avec KnowRoaming. L’installation de l’eSIM est rapide et simple, et la connexion fonctionne immédiatement à l’arrivée sans devoir acheter une SIM locale. Réseau stable, pratique pour voyager et garder internet partout sans prise de tête. L’application est claire et facile à utiliser. Service très confortable et fiable pour les voyages internationaux.

I started using Knowroaming e-sims after seeing the MTN connection. I've used them in Europe the Middle East and Asia without any problems. Easy to install and easy to top up.

À parfaitement fait le job au Kenya. Peut être un peu brusque sur la coupure mais c’est du détail. Idéalement, j’aurais préféré recevoir un mail ou redirection pour me prévenir qu’il reste que 15 min d’utilisation par exemple.
